As usual I’m the asshole: so much potential for problems here.

My friend has a Datsun focused shop, he can correct anything. His brother does the body shop side. They have made my Z awesome. I would have just done the 86 Maxima rotor conversion like the rear on my Z. I don’t think anything here is too hard to undo, I would have gone with Tokico shocks and Eibach lowering springs since it’s a tried and tested combo. Simple cars, I just want the body more than anything, my favorite.

I just like stock cars. No lowering. But I’m risk averse.

Interesting - my SigOther’s dad had a Nissan garage on Okinawa for years. And a cherry 60s Bluebird in the garage. Sadly, I never got to meet him.

Cool, I bet that was a fun shop to look into. I don’t slam cars, my Z has the proper springs and I will never cut a car for coil overs. Between the suspension and the brakes alone the car is massively better. The inch taller and inch wider rubber dramatically changed it further. I don’t believe in more than 15 rims on a classic Z. I will do a Z update in a week or three, I hope!
